Kristin and Jacob are engaged!

Here is part two of tonight's posts.  Kristin, Jacob and I had a great time at Keeneland...until a bird pooped on my head!  It was toward the end of the shoot and it was funny...and gross.  Hadn't happened before, hope it doesn't happen again.  I was just walking and talking with Kristin and then I felt a little something hit my head.  I looked up and saw the shadow of a bird fly overhead.   And I knew I'd been targeted and hit.  Alas.  Jacob was kind enough to get it out a bit.  Thanks, Jacob.  No thanks to you, Bird. Enjoy!

Alicia and Jordan are engaged!

Gabe and I went to school with Jordan and Alicia and I am thrilled to be shooting their wedding in October.  Blessings in all your wedding preparations, Jordan and Alicia! Happy Friday!  Another blog post will be up shortly!

Baby Luke

Last month I had pleasure of donating a shoot to the Good Shepherd Day School's silent auction.  And last Friday I met the winner of my shoot (Staci) as well as her sweet baby.  It was really exciting because Luke broke his sitting up record!  I just kept taking his picture and he stayed upright, for a long time!  Have a great Monday! PS - My wedding is in five weeks!

Kristen and Jeff: Are Married

I emailed my web host, aka WEBMASTER (I aspire to be  a webmaster someday just for the title) and the company fixed the picture uploading  problem within an hour!  Thanks Hostdime! So back to Kristen and Jeff's wedding.  Kristen and I went to high school together and we reconnected on Facebook where she found out I'm a photographer.  It was been great to catch up with her and so much fun being a part of her wedding.  She and Jeff are so wonderful together!  Here's to their long, happy life as husband and wife!  And  here are a few more wedding photos.  Scroll on down for the getting ready pics.

Oh no!

Hi everyone!  Well, I got the rest of Kristen and Jeff's pictures all nice and pretty and ready to post and my blog won't upload the pictures!   I am trying to figure out what's wrong, thus causing a delay.  Stay tuned, aka check back later this weekend! Have a great night!  Watching the derby tomorrow?  I'm pulling for Praddy O'Prado.  He looks gentle in his picture on derby.com, but I think he's going to put up a real fight!
